Wondering if anyone else is in the exhausted mode?
I can not get a good nights sleep for about the last six months or so…. Is this part of osteoporosis ? Is it just the pain keeping me awake? The meds I am on?
Tired….in Wyoming…..

Could be meds most of them have many affects on the body from dehydration to insomnia and much more. I've been in exhaustion mode for decades because of many pain issues. Get as.much rest as you can. Sometimes it helps me to just get up and stretch to loosen up a bit then I will lay down again and my body will be more relaxed then I can sleep a bit longer.

Have you thought about one of those white noise things. Something to distract you and you listen to the sounds that make you feel comfortable. Waves, soft music, birds, forest sounds and now I read today there is a cat purr. I may have to get that one. HA. Worth a try as we will try just about anything to get some rest. Body heals better with rest.

I too do not sleep well at nite. Prop my legs up on a hard pillow. I fall asleep during the day.

So sorry you can't sleep well. I use my heating pad to help me even in the summer as have a fan and the ac on but the heat seems to help me to sleep better when my legs are hurting so bad. We all look for ways to help us even some if seems unusual.
