I must admit I feel very tired and lethargic most of the time, everything is a huge effort, lots of back and joint pain most of the time.

Good afternoon to all, I’m so glad to see so many that have the same issue I have. By 4,5 pm I have hit a wall and I hit it hard the pain sets in and I’m at the end of my rope as they say. There is nothing left of me. I will try my hardest to stay up until 9pm but that doesn’t always work out. However I’m usually up between 3&4 am and sometimes before because I can’t sleep or the pain is so bad I have to just get up. I have found that a weighted heating pad does help on some occasions. I do agree with the getting up and walking the only issue with this is I have COPD and can not go outside and walk in this heat. Oh how I wish I could. But life goes on and I will go on as well. Things could be much worse. I’m 61 and I know there won’t be a cure in my life time but maybe in my kids life time. So for now we can just talk to one another and encourage one an another with kind words and smiles.,and hugs because we know what each other is going through.
Have a great afternoon
