A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

I find after my day of housework I am exhausted by 4 pm and ready for bed by 7pm. Anyone experiencing this could u share. Feeling so alone. My spouse gets so tired of me being tired so early in the evening!!

I get message therapy and .my doc has prescribed meds that numb the nerves which helps with the back pain.

I must admit I feel very tired and lethargic most of the time, everything is a huge effort, lots of back and joint pain most of the time.

I tire easily. Get frustrated that I can’t do as much as I used to. Get muscle spasms in my lower back and shoulders ache. How can any of this be osteopenia when it’s not my bones that ache?
