That you in advance, Chrissy
Chrissy. This is a journey of fear.. I know but all I can say is;:
Be your best advocate
Drs have tried to order 5 meds in one visit when I didn’t want the previous one.. different meds do different changes to your bones you need to do research.. osteoblasts.. osteoclasts..
I’m going the holistic way and pray it works..
Best of luck💕 exercise!!!
So far I have not done any infustions or injections. I hope I never need too. I do have osteoporosis in my both hips. I am taking a drug called atelvia that is expensive but I have not had any side effects. It will be 2 years this November. I know other countries are looking into cures for it. I feel that USA is behind.
I was on intravenous infusions of Bisphosphonates for many years.
I no longer receive it anymore as it damaged my jaw bone terribly. I suffered Osteonecrosis of both sides of my jaw.
Now I eat foods rich in calcium and walk daily. Pain is difficult. One minute at a time.
Please give me info on holistic way.
