My mother was just diagnosed with an L1 compression fracture. She is in a lot of pain even though she is taking Tylenol 2's and a wrap around stabilizing brace. Any suggestions would be welcomed if you have any. Thank you.
Hi Simone. Has your mom tried using an over the counter Lidocaine topical patch? It does provide some localized relief for several hours.
I am in pain with a muscle swollen in my shoulder and they told me to take 600mg ibuprofen
