not yet, just my knees.
@A MyOsteoTeam Member,
I recently went to a new physiotherapist. He massaged my hip & used acupuncture on hip.
It moved the pain I had for 11 months. It comes back but not there all the time & not as bad. I also have exercises to do.
You must not give up as I almost did. Love Josie xo
Yes my pains moves all over my body I walk every day swim and do dance for balance . The doctor refuses to believe I am in pain and decided I was depressed everyone says no pain involved with this condition, but I have been diagnosed for years and it’s not getting any better.
YES!
@A MyOsteoTeam Member, I have pain in most parts of my body at different times.
I am 78 & have had osteoarthritis for about 30 years. It has caused bursitis in my right hip which is the most painful. I try to swim in heated pools, go to a chiropractor once a month, who does dry needles & physiotherapist.
I am on paracetamol & ibuprofen most days & fish oil & other vitamins & minerals.
I have to rest everyday in the midday to afternoon.
I have added you.
Cheers Josie xo
