Have been on these tablets for two years now and feel worse than when I started. Has anyone had the same experience?

Good morning, 7 am here in wet & cold Mount Gambier, but it is Winter.
I am surprised that our 2 Double Delight Rose bushes have about 30 flowers on them at this time of the year.

I walk for about an hour every day between the showers.

Hi, Fay it is summer here in Britain we have had a heatwave for us in Scotland recently. My problem just now is siatica coming from my spine which makes it difficult for walking. Once I have had my pain killers in the morning I can get out of bed. But can't get about until I have had my lunch time pain killers. It is annoying that I cannot do as much as I used to do. Hoping your keeping well.

Hello to you Margaret
I had to stop taking the Aledronic Acid and Chaliciferol - particularly the Fosamax Plus tablets as I had too many side effects.

My doctor put me on Prolia injections every 6months and I feel well and quite healthy as I lost several kilos and several dress sizes and I have been eating healthy meals and I also take Vitamin D3 2x1000iu daily and walk regularly in the sunny subtropical weather conditions here at Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland on the Pacific Ocean mEast Coast of Australia.

As I am feeling well I hope that my 2yearly bone density test in August shows an improvement in the bone density of my hips, wrists and spine

Hugs from Judyxx

Sunny Winter weather and level footpaths is easy for me to walk further (3 kilometres more often) and faster with my lightweight wheeled walker (Rollator)
