Hi Colleen, I have never taken Prolia but my friend I have known for 10 years and she is 80 has been taking it all that time and still is and is in great shape and as far as I can see that is the best one and several of her friends are taking Prolia and are doing so well with bones and are about 70 years old. She and others have had no side effects at all. It is an injection you get every 6 months and she never has had any trouble with bones at all. Hope this helps.
