What Is Safe Exercise For Someone With 7 Spinal Compression Fractures
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

My 7 spinal compression fractures have occurred over many years, starting when I was 52 years old. I am now 75, and have been fracture free for 2 1/2 years. I go for walks with and without poles, but my back still hurts a lot, but I push through it. Is this safe?

I am.sorry you are suffering. Back pain is so hard. I can't offer any information. Be cautious but keep moving.
