Kendall Malloy Chicago, IL I'm a former Ballerina. Even with all the injuries & pain, I've never had surgery. It should always be the last option. The problem with surgery is that scar tissure grows back. Find yourself a good Internist who believes in medicine & even better, licensed in Alternative methods. That's how I beat Leukemia & am fighting Osteoporosis (March 2022). I'm doing herbal remedies along with accupressure, etc. It's just a suggestion. Hope you
re having a good weekend. HUGS
