If anyone on site takes or has taken Forteo what were negative side effects if any and did scores improve ?
I took Forteo several years ago. Osteoporosis was reversed however it DID come back after about 4 or 5 years. Has anyone else have this happen?

Has anyone treated their osteoporosis with supplements only, no Rx drugs? I am using Calcium Citrate, some exercise and dairy.
Has anyone tried alendronate and was there any side effects and did it help?
