I drink the orange juice with calcium and vitamin D and take 400mg of calcium citrate a day with D but want to start improving my eating habits now. I will be starting Tymlos within the next few weeks and want to get a head start and begin to fill my refrigerator and cupboards with more healthy options. Adding too much exercise will be more difficult so I am starting with water aerobics/exercise to get back in the habit of doing something regularly. Well we have some of that in common! I too take Symbicort twice a day two puffs, I carry albuterol with me all the time if I start coughing I take it immediately and it really does help I can feel drainage in the back of my throat which apparently you can too. I don’t do the sinus rinse often enough although I have the equipment to do it. But when I do it feels so good. I take 5 mg of prednisone every day for my asthma and 50 mg of doxycycline pretty much to ward off infection, I take one Allegra D and that is my asthma/allergy medicine. Then I take 4 Lamictal two in the morning two in the evening, and two Zonegran both of which are for epilepsy. Then add onto that some Mirapex for restless leg, singular to round out that asthma/allergy issues, a multivitamin and 400mg of calcium.
I think that’s it - I think it’s plenty four one day lol And now I get to add to that an injection of Tymlos once a day for the next 18 months!
