Has Anyone Used A Wrap Type Brace For Lower Back Pain?
A MyOsteoTeam Member asked a question 💭

Everyday I have lower back pain, partly from OA. I am thinking maybe one of those stretchy wrap brace might help. Does anyone use one? I know if I put my hand at my lower back it feels better with some support. Thanks

I use a brace almost all the time. I cannot walk at all without it.

It just fits & feels GOOD! Today is 11/13, brace got here a day or 2 ago. I put it on just now - first time. It was suppose to come backlogged 10/22. I imagined it was stuck out in the ocean on a cargo ship and I might never get it. Here it finally is & I do feel better in it. Had already done some things this morning & my back was aching. Yeaaaaa! 🐢🐢🐢🦃

Hey, yes I have one, and wouldn't go without it when the pain starts. They are worth every cent. My Dr has mentioned it a few times, over the years, to others.

@A MyOsteoTeam Member You might ask your doctor. If you have prescription, insurance might pay for it.

London, physiotherapist might be able to help with your condition.
