I have been told I am Chronically Anaemic and have very Low Vitamin B12 so have to have an Iron Infusion done through the hospital,
I am wondering if this will affect or have any thing to do with Osteoporisis or Osteoarthritis.

Members explored the connection between anemia, low vitamin B12, and bone health conditions like osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, with many emphasizing the importance of regular blood tests to monitor thyroid, calcium, vitamin D, and rheumatoid arthritis markers. Several members shared their own experiences with B12 injections, iron infusions, and anemia, noting symptoms like chronic fatigue, muscle cramps, joint pain, and the relief that comes from finally identifying and treating deficiencies. A recurring theme was the value of self-advocacy with doctors, using trusted medical resources like Mayo Clinic and WebMD for information, and understanding that addressing nutritional deficiencies can significantly improve overall health and quality of life.
