Linda, I just noticed you wanted to know what I was taking for osteoporosis. I take grape seed extract , olive leaf extract, proteolytic enzymes, beta-1,3/1,6-D Glucan, calcium and magnesium, eat yogurt and kefir vitamin D3, zinc and eat sugar free jello which is so good for joints and bones and osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. Had a terrible fall all my weight on my hip and no fracture or broken bone at all. I also take probiotics and curcumin

Hi Linda, It all depends what you are taking. I have heard so many ladies who said their dentist told them the reason their teeth are falling apart is because of the fosomax they are taking. Also the jaw bone going to pieces. Even ostoeporosis alone can cause dental problems. Someone asked about Risedtonate and GERD. There are a lot of medications that can cause GERD but apple cider vinegar and lemon juice or baking soda with water can help a lot because I am on pills that cause terrible heartburn and those things I mentioned do help. I can give you a list of the supplements I take for osteoporosis and I had severe osteoporosis in my 40s and still on three drugs that cause osteoporosis yet am 70 with no osteoporosis for a long time and am on no bone building drug. Actonel also puts on weak brittle bone.Didrocal is the worst and magnesium helps the body absorb calcium.

I had dramatic bone loss in my jaws from osteoporosis, my dentist hasn't seen this before. I guess he doesn't have many patients with Osteoporosis.
