I was on Tymlos for three months & my scores moved from -3.1 to -2.9 so that's good for just 3 months!! Even with those results my doc wanted to move me to Evenity which not only builds your bones back up but maintains! Good luck & keep us in the loop - hugs!!

I started Tymlos injections in June at half dose - 4 clicks on the pen, and increased by one click every week. Last night I gave myself the full dose. OMG 😳 It wasn't too terrible but I ached all over until I got up at 2:00 am and took a Tylenol 3. Tonight I will skip the shot and do every other day for a week, then try every day. My osteo doc recommended this routine to gradually build up my tolerance. I will have a scan in October but not expecting great results because of this slow start, but Im hopeful that the future scans will show some improvement.
