Members shared mixed experiences with CBD oil for pain relief, with some finding it helpful for reducing pain levels or easing symptoms like arthritis in hands and feet, while others reported little to no benefit even when combined with other medications. Several members emphasized the importance of sourcing CBD from reputable dispensaries, starting with a low dose and gradually increasing, and being prepared for the cost, as medical-grade CBD can be expensive in both Canada and elsewhere. A recurring theme was the value of personal trial and error, as CBD seems to work differently for everyone, with some members finding relief for anxiety or specific types of pain while others saw no effect at all.

I use 6 drops when the pain is really bad and it lowers pain from 8/9 out of 10 to 5/6 out of ten. It is very expensive so I don’t use it often because of that.
