I have neck pain. My disk are deteriorated. I can't get comfortable at night. I see these ads for My Pillow and wonder if it helps like the ad. I don't want to spend$50 on a pillow and not help. My sister-in-laws suggested a new pillow. Any input would be welcome.

Members shared mixed experiences with My Pillow for neck pain caused by deteriorated disks, with some finding it helpful for support and others disappointed that it didn't relieve their pain or required modifications like removing fill or sewing seams to prevent stuffing migration. Several members recommended alternative options that worked better for their neck issues, including the Serta Duocore memory foam pillow, the Posture Pillow for better neck alignment, feather pillows for support, and even a creative solution of using a curved dog toy on top of a regular pillow. A recurring theme was that pillow needs are highly individual, with members encouraging the original poster to buy from stores like Walmart or Bed Bath and Beyond that accept returns, since what works wonderfully for one person may not help another.

I personally like the 'my pillow' I've had my 2 almost two years now. If ever they start loosing shape, just play with them a little and poof, they are right back. I give it a 4 -☆☆☆☆

Hi Erika! My husband gave me a My Pillow for Christmas last year and I LOVE it. I too had been having neck pain and had just bought a new pillow that I thought helped a little, but then I used my new My Pillow and it has helped me tremendously. I know I sound like a commercial for it, but really, I’ve had a time for years trying to make my neck happy, and spent a lot of money in the process, and this new pillow has done the trick. I hope it helps you. Also, Walmart sells them and they will take them back if it doesn’t help you. Keep that in mind, just in case...good luck to you 💗

Hi Erica,
I have a lot of neck pain also, and it's hard to get comfortable in bed. I tried various different styles of pillow, but none of them made much difference. I did get a much firmer mattress and that helps a bit. I've even thought about one of those adjustable beds, kind of like a hospital bed, but they are very expensive. Good luck.

I’ve had this pillow for several years. As a back sleeper, I found the pillow too full and contacted the company. They removed some of the fill and then, after awhile, the filling would migrate to the sides leaving me in a valley between stuffing. Next I sewed the end seam in about an inch to make the pillow smaller and that has fixed this latest problem. This pillow is better than the full one piece foam pillow that I’ve tried. I also like how they wash and fluff up. I will be talking with my chiropractor this coming Friday to get their opinion. I’m really looking forward to this appointment because I’ll meet with a nutritionist and a physical therapist. I’ve decided to stop taking alendroate and approach this with diet and exercise.

Have the my pillow for 2 months now, and at first thought it was fantastic,
but after a while realized I was waking up every couple of hours to readjust the pillow.
I have a friend who just let me try her pillow, and have ordered one for myself. She also has neck osteoarthritis, and finds this pillow a life saver

Serta sleep to go Duocore 2-in-1 memory foam pillow
