I seem to tire more easily. Is this part of having osteoporosis
I think pain makes us tired. I get so tired and depressed at times. Listening to music is helpful

I find after my day of housework I am exhausted by 4 pm and ready for bed by 7pm. Anyone experiencing this could u share. Feeling so alone. My spouse gets so tired of me being tired so early in the evening!!

So tired in the mornings cannot even take shower till noon, and it is 3:00 p.m. today and still so little energy... help!
I am 61, and my 68 year old husband does almost all of the cooking and cleaning,etc... He is great... just frustrating thst they can't figure out more to help us... maybe someday!
I had no side effects at all. Probably because I wear dentures. However one of my friend lost teeth in her upper jaw.
I am also taking collagen powder from Amazon on and off, but can’t say whether it has been helpful. Mostly doing it for skin and hair.
My doctor is pushing for me to go on Prolia and I'm resistant, hoping to try a more holistic approach.
@ June Miller, most pain meds make me feel tired & a bit woosie.
