My Main Complaint Is Lower Back Pain. I Take Muscle Relaxers And Pain Relief. What Do You Suggest?

I find that a lot of walking and standing for long periods makes the pain more severe. Are there any exercises that could help with this. I have a gazelle exercise machine.

Happened couple more times & last time felt it both sides of back/hip just below waist. I now describe as someone standing behind me, a hand on each hip area. Suddenly they push down as hard as possible & its painful, takes my breath away. My body goes down a little cause of wave of pain - then pain goes away. First couple times felt… read more

Exercise

Exercise

How do I exercise when I've got painful OA, myofascial pain, sciatic-type pain. The best I can do is walking when grocery shopping once a week and taking the stairs rather than the elevator....3 floors down. I have to use my cane. Have OA in one knee and patella-femoral in the other knee.
