thoracic compression fractures causing much discomfort under ribs / top of distended abdomen: constipation also
With lower ribs pressing on top of pelvic bone
Other than stretches / physio exercises anything I can do about it?
Feels that a well fitted back support would help ?

I think a back brace helps a lot. I don’t wear one regularly . They are hot. But if my back acts up and tries to go out on me or if it hurts badly I will wear a Muller back brace I bought from… read more

You could be suffering from osteoarthritis, however, when I experienced neck and shoulder pain, I simply bought a contoured pillow. It worked beautifully and now my neck is fine.
