Zolendronate Infusion
Had Zolendronate infusion 3 weeks ago Very painful bone all over next day but so far no other reactions except feel tired all the time and slightly light headed, anyone had this and how long til it goes ? would appreciate any knowlegde Thanlyou SEASES

Does anyone recommend anything natural? I don't want to take any meds bcz of severe side effects. I have severe osteoporosis pretty much all over. Thanks in advance for ur comments
I use essential oil like :-
1 teaspoon of fractionated coconut oil (base oil)
I add 3 drops of frankincense essential oil mix well. I apply it to area it hurts by using circular motions this works⦠read more
Abdominal Discomfort
thoracic compression fractures causing much discomfort under ribs / top of distended abdomen: constipation also
With lower ribs pressing on top of pelvic bone
Other than stretches / physio exercises anything I can do about it?
Feels that a well fitted back support would help ?
I am 81. Was very fit before fractures occurred

I Have been prescribed teriparatide, and would like to hear about other's experiences. Oral drugs gave too many side effects, and IV Zolendrolate was not very effective. I am concerned about the possible side effects. Thank you
