This product says it will treat by growing bone. However..one study said the test are unreliable ..showing new bone when thete isnt any real growth. Has anyone had successful reversal of osteo arthritis or osteoporosis? And how can u really tell?

Calcium supplements cause constipation for me and since I have had issues with this due to a bowel obstruction surgery, as well as IBS with fibromyalgia, more of that issue I really don't need. Is there any calcium product that is less constipating? I do take 3000mg vit D and 200 mg Magnesium daily and eat a lot of calcium rich foods.
