What is vitamin K2 I have never heard of it

It’s improved my bone density somewhat and the Endocrinologist at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital was pleased that my Lumbar spine is now Osteopinea, wrists and hips are not so good.
I am concerned about the stomach bloating and constipation of my bowel.
My question is does Aledronic Acid +Caliciferol with Vitamin D (Fonat Plus) cause gum ulceration and pain as this is an ongoing problem. Could it be the Acid component?

Amanda what do you take? Have you gone natural? At times I get confused with which calcium to take?
I was sent them from the government, they are sending them to people that are more prone to catching covid

I have been taking Alendronic acid for about 8 months but have terrible reflux with bile coming up every night what else can i take
I do exactly the same, and I am ok with it, but I know some people who gave suffered on the day that they take it.
I’m curious because it’s taken weekly, orally, and on the days I take it I’m experiencing extreme heartburn ❤️🔥
When I take the Fosamax because you have to stand , I take a shower than dry my hair and that takes about an hour, then I eat
I have had an Alendronic transfusion which I was told to have once a year. Is this better than taking a tablet once a week ?
It depends on your stomach and if it tolerates the tablets! Mine doesn’t tolerate most tablets so I’ve had two annual infusions.
