Ideally, I would like ones that are from a Physical Therapist. A routine of at least 5 that I could change out daily. I'm particularity interested in resistance training videos.
Thanks so much!

What a great goal — staying active with osteoporosis is one of the best things you can do for your bone health! Here are some excellent YouTube channels and creators led by physical therapists or specialists that focus on osteoporosis-safe exercise, including resistance training:

- Dr. Lara Folden (Physical Therapist) – Search "Lara Folden osteoporosis exercises" on YouTube. She has many videos specifically for bone health and safe movement.
- Sherri Betz (Physical Therapist) – A well-known osteoporosis specialist. Search "Sherri Betz osteoporosis" for targeted routines.
- Margaret Martin (Physical Therapist) – Her channel "MelioGuide" is dedicated to osteoporosis exercise. Excellent resistance and weight-bearing routines.
- Buff Bones® (Rebekah Rotstein) – Not a PT but works closely with them. Search "Buff Bones osteoporosis" for bone-safe workouts.
- Bob & Brad (Physical Therapists) – Search "Bob and Brad osteoporosis" for accessible, beginner-friendly resistance routines. A few important safety reminders when doing resistance training with osteoporosis:

- Avoid exercises that involve bending or twisting at the waist
- Avoid movements that flex or round the spine
- Start slowly and build intensity gradually
- Always check with your doctor or physical therapist before beginning any new routine

Rotating between 5 different videos weekly is a smart approach to keep things fresh and work different muscle groups safely. Happy exercising! 💪
