Is that enough calcium as well as my food ? Judy Goode
To Judy and Bev: You are both amazing and you are doing exactly what you should be doing. Yes, too much vitamin D can be bad for you by taking up to 7000 in a week which means 1000 a day is acceptable. I take a combination of vitamin D3 and K2 in one capsule every day. Magnesium is very important for your body. For those of you who do not think so, Please look it up. The one thing that I do not miss taking every day is a multivitamin that also includes B6 and B12, and other things that are necessary for our bodies to continue to function.
