I have been on alendronic acid for 5 years is that safe or is it too long

@A MyOsteoTeam Member hello personally I had a number of side effects from Aledronic acid especially the Fosamax plus tablets weekly. I am a lot happier now that I have Prolia injections 6 monthly and I take Vitamin D 3 1000iu daily and vitamin K2 for bone strength
