I have found the constant worry makes me exhausted. I had 6 fractures back in 2022, so this is on my mind a lot. I stay very busy and keep my mind occupied so I don’t think about it as much. If I do that, I feel much better overall.

You poor girl have you thought of a stress ball where you could squeeze it very gently that might stimulate your finger joints and make them more flexible you could go at your own pace.if it hurts too much stop and try again gently good luck and hugs

I was diagnosed 20 years ago and am 71 now. Fell over last February and broke my wrist and knee, and it's taking me ages to feel better. Feel exhausted all the time, and have terrible back pain as well. Living on paracetamols but have to take them at least 3 x a day . My hand where the wrist was pinned unfortunately they think it is as good as it is going to get with regards to straightening of my fingers.
