Has anyone used algaecal to help with bone density. I don’t want to use the side effect kind tho algae cal is kinda expensive monthly

Hi, I’ve been taking AlgaeCal for three years. Plus I added in weight bearing exercises. I went from osteoporosis to osteopenia in one year.
