I can recommend a woman that has made it easier for me to understand Osteoporosis. She's more of a thyroid lady but maybe you'll find information that'll benefit you. My osteoporosis underlying problem area caused by under active thyroid which now as I get older is overactive. Hopefully it helps you find an answer. She is also on Facebook if you want to join her group.

I am new to OP,and new to this site, but I am doing extensive reading.I read on this site that Reclast had been around a long time and has a good safety record.I prefer vitamins,a more natural way . A member wrote to me and said she used the NASA Protocol called Bone Maximizer111 and she said her bone density improved. So something to consider.
