Thanks Jenny for kind reply. I am so tired I need to push more to walk more. I do physical work in my caring jobs and that keeps me moving. Sorry you arnt walking as much. An hour is a long time at once for me. Take care. Lots of love x

Hi Helen. I also just take Panadol Osteo and do my back and pelvic exercises when I can. Not every day though. Not walking like I used to nearly an hour then.
Lovely autumn weather here in NZ.
Take care everyone.

Hi Judy, thanks for the valuable information. I have bought a back thing you can apply whatever, onto your back with, itsgot a long handle . I shall use it to rub the magnesium oil in the centre where pain persists. Also will check online if I can get the medication here in the UK. Thank you Judy. Lovely chatting. You're amazing! Hope you still have your beautiful birds xxx
