The Prolia was fine for me no reaction. A little sore at the shot area. ..My bone density also improved.

I just got my first shot on Thursday and no side effects so far. Have you been on that for a long time? I didn’t of feel the shot.

Hi Lady.
Personally I myself when in a lot of pain would take regular parctomol on a day the pain would be bad, an also every 2nd day even if the pain is tolerable, I would soak in a handful of Epsom salts and 10 drops if Aromatherapy Tea tree essential oils in a warm bath. On days that the osteo would be bad I would take a 400mg of ibuprofen and two parctomol with either cereal or a sandwich. This way the ibuprofen won't be so hard on your tummy. Also if you don't have metal plates or screws etc , you could use machine for 20 minutes on the effected area.
I hope this helps you and I wish Healing hugs with comfort love and light 🙏🫂
