Hi Brenda.. it depends on your osteoporosis.. how bad it is. Mine is severe so I have been on Evenity for the last year. It is supposed to build bone . I will see with a bone density test in March. I have an Endocrinologist for my osteoporosis. What kind of doctor put you on Prolia? I hope things improve for you.

Hi Donna: I an injection once a month for Evenity. You can only take it for a year. So far no side effects. I was told that Prolia maintains bone, does not build. My osteoporosis is severe. My Endocrinologist recommended Evenity. I get a bone density scan in March after a year on Evenity. I pray my test has much improved. I pray that your osteoporosis improves.
