Members responded with empathy and practical suggestions to someone experiencing relentless burning pain in their legs, bladder, feet, and toes every night, with several recommending magnesium supplementation after a blood test since deficiency can cause such symptoms. Many community members described hands-on relief strategies they use personally, including rubbing healing creams or comfrey ointment on affected areas, wearing cooling white cotton socks to bed, applying minted lotions like peppermint for its soothing warmth and scent, and drinking small amounts of tonic water for the quinine. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting a doctor for proper testing while also trying gentle, accessible remedies that have brought others comfort during sleepless, painful nights.

@A MyOsteoTeam Member, it might be a lack of magnesium. See your doctor for a blood test. Good luck, Josie xxx

I am so sorry to hear this Helen. I wish I had an answer for you. Have you told your care provider?
Do you have a recliner? Maybe that would help.
