If you are talking about Forteo the daily injections you have to give yourself, then yes I was on it for two years. I didn't have any side effects that I was aware of. Surprisingly I got used to giving myself the daily shot. I am now on Reclast which is given as an infusion. My blood tests have been good . I'm due for my dexa in January so that will really tell.
Just make sure if you do go on Forteo you have good insurance
It is very expensive (approximately $3700 a month for two years). Sometimes the pharmaceutical company will send it to you at no cost.
