Thank you so much for your informtion and getting back to me, it really helps me,and I appreciate it, I just had a dexa test, I have -3.4 on my spine and -2.3 on my hips, sounds like you are doing a great job, I do a little stretches in the morning, try to walk 10,000 miles in the afternoon, (about 4 miles)walk and I go to the gym cla I do what I can do with my friends, I use collagen protein powder too, Your vitamins sound like a great idea, I only have taken calcium and daily vitamins and the doctor wants me on reclasp, which I am scared to take, I think I am going to try some of the supplments you are taking and see what happens, my problem is also that I can't swallow pills very well, did you ask your primary care or another doctor if those supplements were ok to take together? Good luck when you get your DEXA in 2024,please keep in touch,God Bless you!😊

I tried it for a weekend when I first found out I had osteoporosis in my lower back, -4.5 on the Dexa scan, also-2.5 in hips.. It did nothing but give me bad side effects. I also tried prolia and it gave me bad side effects. I now get up and do stretches every morning and go for walks in the afternoon, try to get 10,000 steps in daily. I got myself on a good healthy calcium rich diet. I take vitamins, such as vitamin C, D3, K2 with M7, a small amount of calcium, and then I also take vitamins for my eye and heart that would be AREDS2 and CoQ10. I also put collagen protein powder in my coffee in the morning. I am feeling pretty good about myself and after I do stretches and walking if I do have pain, it does subside. I will know if this is all helping when I get my next DEXA scan in 2024. Good luck with Whatever you decide to do and God bless.
