I sleep with a towel rolled up between knees to stop the pain.

Yes i do & its pretty painful πŸ˜“ but have to because of my pressure sores ,but admit it bdoes become easier after a feww weeks not easy but results are good ish. ❀️

Yes I do at times then I rest on my back and it goes away.

Yes, try putting a pillow under your knees when you go to sleep and also try daily walking, that's what helps me, good luck!☺️
