I’ve just received the x-ray results from last week. I had sudden onset of lower back pain, with some thoracic pain as well. My two worst compression fractures, T12 and L1 have become even worse. I had spent roughly 4 hours walking around a zoo, sitting down off and on to rest my back. This may have been the cause?
