I'm worrying about some recent sharp pains in leg, or knee as walking or moving on steps. I know some leg breaks due to accidents/falls. As I read someone broke a bone in leg, I'm picturing it happened all of a sudden as if the bone crumbled/collapsed? And was there any warning pain in day/s before? Or no, not happening like that? Thanks.

I have not heard that there is any warning signs, however, I wouldn't be surprised. Spontaneous fractures can happen any time. Good question for your doctor.

I also broke my femur but my leg just gave out and then I fell. No warning. This is the third surgery I have had to try and repair the femur and stimulate bone growth. Hopefully the third time is the charm.

Hi Ronnie. I hope u feel some peace at least knowing when the surgery is scheduled. My Dr did x-rays on my legs, looking for any hairline fractures. The left knee has a sharp pain as I go up steps. I'll get the report June 2. I had bad sciatica 3 times working as a relay operator for the deaf. I would get very tense sitting there. It hurt very badly at my butt cheek. I would later learn to stand some & bend & move a little. Three times was way too much. I wore hot & cold pain patches, that helped.
Right now I'm going thru an anxiety attack, I just threw up my lunch. So, when I stopped choking,
I turned off the tv to just get quiet. And I was outside & it's hot. I hope I have a quiet week. U take care. Hugs London ♥️
