Hi BiilyBob, l have lost height, too, some of which is from not being able to stand straight...l have a crush fracture in my spine, from osteoperosis. It takes a bit of getting used to, but l have realised that it's a bit like greying hair...it's only pride, in the end! So l have told myself to work on my heart and smile. It's working. Second thing is the fear of our bones breaking, and yes, it's a possibility. So, l am working on my skeleton in many ways... please read my story, as it won't fit on here! I have lost height & have trouble standing straight. I have to exercise more e.g exercise in warm water.
Swimming is good exercise.
