Does Anyone Go To Physiotherapy? I Had Surgery On My Ankle Years Ago, Now I Can Hardly Walk On It. Just Wondering If It Would Help.
I would give it a go... l am surprised that you didn't have physio at the time, but then physios do get very frustrated that so many docs don't think of that! So long after the fact can make the progress with physio slow, but it can be of good help. They might be able to give you some simple movements to do at home, that will strengthen it in time. No harm in asking! All the best. 😊
