I have not tried this for osteoporosis but know from personal experience it does help relax muscles after exercise. I used one at an exercise class I attended. Wish I could afford one or had access to one. I will say it is very important to use the very lowest setting or it can cause more harm than good.

I have not tried this device, but I have a back massager that is like fingers giving a deep tissue massage, and it helps me a great deal. If you research back massagers online, there are different ones. This is a full back massage which you can adjust for whatever part of your back needs the most care. It also has a heating element. Mine is model RS-042/12-S326B. It's wonderful. I have it on my desk chair because it has a high back. Wishing you good luck.
