sitting for me is ok though my chair is raised have now got a stool if i am trying to cook things in kitchen to make it easier. It is the ongoing pain I struggle with.
I too am learning to pace myself. Standing in one spot for too long as when making supper or sitting too long as when watching TV can make pain worse. Movement helps alleviate my pain.
I was told when attending Pain Management clinic, Pacing daily tasks and to learn to recognise when to rest/stop that not everything needed to be completed in one day.
Still learning to Pace and listen to my body.
