Thank you..I feel the same way. I have to see the Rheumatologist next week and I know she will want to put me on the meds. But like you, I'll try anything to stay off of them. Side effects are horrible.
I just ordered Native Path collegen. Good sale this weekend. Going to give it a try. I know it takes time to help, but I decided to give it a try. Anything to keep off the awful meds!
