Osteoarthritis is painful! Here is what helps me: Drink water! My first 12 oz every morning has organic apple cider vinegar in it. I also take supplements: Turmeric, Boswellia, Devil’s Claw. I also cook with turmeric and drink turmeric tea. I am going to learn to grow these herbs! While doing outdoor work and activities at the museum I wear push grips to help my thumb/wrist joints. They fit under my garden gloves and are washable. Occasionally I have to wear knee braces and my back brace. I have to force myself to keep walking until the back is better. I’m considering CBD oil next
