Hi Sharon lovely to hear from you yes like you. I don't like the weather to hot we have had. Some good weather in england but gone a little cold today sorry your niece had COVID bad please she is getting back to normal l did not have it to bad just two days feeling poorly my husband was a lot worse but we are ok now thank god going physio this afternoon l am very luck because he is very good and interested and trys to help may get some different exercises today there is an improvement but scared to say to much don't no if l have said l had an infusion called zoledronic acid heard lots of side affects from these infusions but been ok so far fingers cross nobody wants to take tablets and other medication but some time no choice l used to have a rabbit few years ago he was beautiful lived quite a long time he was a floppy eared he was very cute have not any animals had a cocker spaniel for 17yeards very sad when he died but never had anymore l have a stray cat which l feed but just feed him because l am sure he has another home he is very cheeky ha ha just going to prepare our lunch have a lovely day Sharron not sure we're you are and what time it is there xxxx Carole

Well it’s good you’re at least on a list for X-ray now Carole. Here’s hoping you won’t have to wait for ever as you really need it quickly. Oh gosh such bad luck getting COVID but at least thanks to being vaccinated it wasn’t too bad. Yes a few of my family have had it too & they said it wasn’t too bad because they’d all been vaccinated also. Only my nephews wife that had it was unlucky to get a burst Appendix while having it. Made it hard to get her an ambulance because of being COVID positive. My nephew ended up driving her to the hospital himself & they were quite good with her. The Dr who came to look at her was really good he knew she was very I’ll they thought they were going to lose her for a few days. Dr had her operated on very quickly but because it burst she ended up with Sepsis infection & I know from experience it’s very very bad. Lot of people end up dying through having Sepsis it’s a horrid infection to have. I can still remember when I had it how I’ll I was & that was only when they knew I wasn’t going to Die. Remember experiencing hallucinations in between moments where I had lucid moments but it was very very scary the things I had been hallucinating were out of this world. Remember quite clearly things I thought were happening but couldn’t control. Drs we’re amazed that I recalled some things. Then I ended up staying in hospital for three & a half months. All started off from my Stomach & Bowel. Got a infection in my bowel probably caused because of chronic constipation. Anyway I’m alive & my niece is doing okay now as you are. No I don’t like the cold either but prefer it to extreme hot days. Can always get warm enough but not so easy to get cool. We’ve just had our first month of Autumn so a long way until summer. Supper time for me now then must go feed my rabbits they’ll be getting hungry now as they know the time very well. lol. Take Care Keep Safe.

Thankyou shazza for your kindness shoulders not to bad waiting for x-ray don't no how long the wait is but at least l am on the list l will try the heat pads also my husband and l had had COVID not to bad getting better now pleased we had our vaccines sorry your stomach is not to good it is a miserable complate IBS your have to watch your diet l believe weather her in England very cold at the moment quite sunny but there is a frost this morning don't like the cold think it makes my joints more painful thankyou again for your kindness look after yourself xxxcarole

Morning Carole how’s your shoulder today? Are you feeling any better or still in pain. I’m still not the best my IBS is really giving me hell. It’s the tummy pains that get to me the most. Have you used Heat Packs on your Shoulder at all as I’ve found they’re quite Good for Pain might be worth it to give it a go. I usually use them for all sorts of pain & they’ve been really good. Might just be Temporary but is good to be out of pain for awhile. I practically cooked my stomach years ago from continually putting heated wheat pack on but that was the only thing that gave me any relief. Give it a go just make sure you wrap heat pack in towel to prevent any burning. Hope I may have been of some help & I’m going to put my heat pack on my tummy as I’d not thought of doing it lately.
