My Bone Dr. reduced my Vitamin D3 to 2000 to 3000 mg from 5000 mg daily. There was a new medical report out that too much D3 may cause kidney damage. Check with your Dr. first.

If you have Osteoporosis you are told to take calcium and vitamin d…and should have bloodwork periodically to be sure you are maintaining adequate levels

Calcium needs to be balanced with magnesium and good for the bones if k2 and boron are added. Eg. Algaecal. Also vit D is needed for the vones
