Are you doing qi gong? Are you finding it helpful? For a week, or so I’ve been trying some SpaceToRelax qi gong exercises that are helping me feel less stressed, and less tight. What exercise routines are you doing to stretch and feel better? How much is age related and how much is osteo related? I’m confused!
