I Was On Fosamax For 3 Months. I Have Ongoing Hand And Feet Swelling And Hand And Knee Joint Pain. Is This Permanent?

I'm not sure if I'm ready for OsteoStrong yet, but I've been considering going in to check it out to see what all they have to offer that I feel comfortable doing.

Has anyone joined/tried OsteoStrong or Body Project wellness plans? I am going to take advantage of free one time offers at both and see if they can offer some maintenance suggestions. If i don't use it I will lose it fear is great.
