I just purchased a new scale to weigh my self. It is paired with an App online. It gives you all the measurements you need. The only thing is that it said if you have Osteoporosis you should not use this scale. Does anyone know why?
You can weigh yourself, just don't rely on the digital app to tell you your bone density. It can't do that anyway, but it will give you a report based on statistical averages for a person of your height. But those averages don't apply for osteoporosis, as pretty much by definition you are at least couple of standard deviations outside the norm.
