For many years I've had grooves along my finger nails and one nail has split from top to almost bottom, but the rest have grooves deep enough to hear when rubbed with other nail. For the last 4 or 5 years, my skull has got the same kind of grooves along it...spooky mini corrugations !!
Who also has become corrugated?

I have had ridges in my nails for many years and wondered if it is from the bad bones

Did you test the skull, put first 2 fingers together, and drag from left to right across about an inch in from the hairline. I am very interested in finding some more people who have both nails and cranial ridging.

I have deep ridges in all my finger nails and so did my mother and her mother, who both had osteoporosis.

When I ask anyone of the medical team they just roll their eyes and move on. Its not a part of the general population, because I ask all my older friends, and none of them do. So I am comforted that there is another person...thanks for making a comment.

I have both of these and I have wondered if it had anything to do with osteoporosis
