Apart from Prolia injections, what other treatment can I have for osteoporosis of the hip?

I have just been diagnosed with Wet AMD and my ophthalmologist recommended that I look into other treatments for my osteoporosis other than the 6 monthly injections that I was given by my GP last year.

I’m not a hundred percent sure the Macular was caused by the Prolia but proof yo going on it beginning of last year, I had no signs of it at all.
